NOTES:   Run/walk event began at 10:00am. Start and finish at Changes Health & Fitness Center parking lot. The run/walk was on the beautiful and scenic Back Mt. Trail, a relatively easy course with a gradual climb in a few areas. Digital display clock at finish line. Post race cookout, giveaways, and awards!!!!!
