TIP IS RUNNING ON PAVEMENT REALLY BAD FOR YOUR JOINTS- Here is something of interest that is in theis months issue of Runners World. Q:Fact or Fiction?- Running on pavement is bad for your joints? A:FICTION- Running impact is actually good for you. They go on to give a couple of examples, but here is one "THINK FORWARD" NOT "UP" POSTED- 3/29

PLEASE SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL RUNNING CLUBS!
Without Running club support many local races would not be possible. Although man races may not be involved with organizing the race, area running clubs may help promote, organize or even time events. Clubs dues are relatively cheap. Many clubs issue newsletters, have parties, group runs, get togethers and issue discount cards for some stores who sell running apparel. For a list of area Running Clubs- NEPARunner Club page
