TIME POSTED & OTHER TIPS- Time listed on listing is the starting time. You should arrive to register or pick up your race tag/number at least a half hour before race time, preferably one hour to avoid missing starting gun. Most events in NEPA do allow day of race registration/packet pickups. Runners or Walkers should pin their number or tag on the front of them. Participants' should check tags for any errors such as name, age & sex. Participants should make sure their name is recorded when crossing the finish line and should not pass anyone after crossing the finish line. Participants' should honor any "No headphone policy" or possibly be disqualified. In events where headphones are allowed, they should be played at a lower level to be aware of the surroundings, be turned off for starting line commands.
