INFO:  Same day registration 7:30-8:30, $35.
Online or mail order registration $25.00 per runner.
All levels of entry are permitted,Walkers/Runners/Crossfitters novice to elite.
Participants will start in the parking lot on a .6 mile loop that takes them around theRock Rec. thru a dirt driveway down a rocky path thru the woods & up a graveled path back to the start where participants will do 54 push ups. Then its back on the same .6 loop & back to the start where you'll do 54 sit ups. Then you will do a 3rd loop & 54 jumping jacks, then a 4th loop & 54 mountain climbers, then onto your last loop & the finish line.
6:30pm Awards Ceremony!, Top male & female finisher gets membership to Rock Rec. Center & Valley Tennis & Swim Club good for 1 year!
Water station on course, free swimming at Valley Tennis & Swim Club, free massages sponsored by Time Out Care Wellness Center.
The First 100 runners are guaranteed a t-shirt.

MAPS TO RACE AREA- Locations are to the registration area either provided by information and the best attempt is made to aquire this info. It is possible it may be wrong or an error happened. In all cases if your not familiar with the area you should try to verify the nfo before hand. In some cases the map might be of the general vicinity, when a exact location has not been provided.

COURSE RECORDS - Course records are either provided by race director or from info tabulated here at NEPARunner.com. Some courses may have been changed and newer fast time used.
COURSE MAPS - Course records are either provided by race director or generated based on info available or similar map used by another event that may not be actual. Distances may not match precisely but should not be used as actual distance. Many courses may be wheel measured, which can be either inaccurately measured or changes occurring in the course such as construction or moved landmark, start area or finish line. USATF is prefered map system.
FOLLOW THESE RULES-Times listed are for start time. In most cases registration begins at least an hour before start and many times two hours. You should try to arrive at least 30 minutes to register. Remember to double check your tag or bib, for your name, gender and age. Make sure the info is readable and correct. Tags should be pinned to the front of your body and not behind.
When you finish make sure you do not pass the runner ahead of you in the chute, stay single file and make sure the person takes your tag or records your nmber, if you lose your tag or bib make sure the times marks your info down.
