NOTES:   "The Hazleton Health and Wellness center is the first event of the 2nd annual Greater Hazleton festival of races. Course is flat and fast, slight incline at the end, water stations, expert timing and traffic controlled. Post race party sponsered by hazleton Damon's Grill. Awards and cash prizes.
